History
Stumbled upon Zelda Online when looking for, of course, fanmade Zelda games. Instead of finding the actual game, only managed to download the level editor. It was pretty buggy and he didn't quite understand it so he deleted it and didn't bother. A couple years later, this time searching for online Zelda games, came across Graal Online. He made the account link2k and signed on with the nickname of Link and found the body and head combination that made him resemble Link as closely as possible.
He played the only available server for a while, and sometimes ventured onto N-Pulse because of their innovative and advanced scripts and weapons. Occasionally he would open up the levels in the level editor and messed around with levels and scripts. His first script was replacing the image of the boomerang with a beer mug, thus creating a throwable mug that always returned. To him, this was amazing at the time. He then turned the mug into a chicken. While sounding pretty idiotic, it was the first step to understanding the Graal scripting language.
In the many years he played, he had evolved not only into Super Saiyan Link, but also the more powerful S.S.³ Link. He also began developing more often. He was invited to help create a server, and along with that finally started to get involved in the Graal Forums. This server was called Gaiden and was an attempt to bring DBZ into Graal. Apparently it was a failed project... who would have thought? Either way, this was his first step into Graal Development.
Development
After he started developing, you could rarely find him actually playing Graal anymore. He has had countless jobs, most that he can not remember. Most noticeable were Development on Bravo, Andor, Era, and Doomsday. He has no noticeable achievements on any servers. During his time with Era and Doomsday, he moved and without a computer ended up being fired from both jobs.
He has interest in nearly all fields of development, except for music. While he is knowledgeable of GANIs, it is the field that he likes the least, but is more than capable of creating whatever GANI he needs for himself.
Forums
He is an active part of the Graal Forums and tries to be as constructive and helpful as possible. He is strongly against the direction the forums are going, and does not have a problem voicing his opinion on the matter. Has a rivalry with Darlene because of her position of Forums Admin and her strict policies and opinions. It's not uncommon to find him bickering with her over a moderation or decision. Sam comes in a close second. He is an active supporter of improving the environment of the forums and create a healthy community. Sadly there are road blocks.
Developers Circle
In January 2008, he had a vision to unify the developers of Graal. This project was called the Developers Circle. He hoped to create a guild that would allow quick and easy communication between developers so they could help each other improve. Sadly, the guild system on Graal is lacking, and without a way to communicate beyond the server they were logged on, the idea quickly fell apart because everyone who was a developer would mostly be on their own server. With the help of Codein, however, he was able to move into the second phase of his project -- the Developers Circle Server. A server where all members of Developers Circle could sign on and develop in whatever field they were interested in. This was expected to be extremely useful for scripters because of GS2 being only supported online. Sadly, because of the crippled guild system, there was no way to actually notify all the members of the guild that the server was available to them. Without knowledge of the server, the server had very little activity and quickly died. The server was then repossessed in hopes of making better use of it.
He hopes the guild system will be improved to the point that this guild could be revived and achieve the use of his original expectations.
